4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love our wedding candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
